Aurora Charter Oak Business Office, is able to help our patients and their families with setting up payment plans if needed, support when enrolling in Medi-Cal, and questions regarding a balance on your account. During a patient’s stay, a counselor from the Business Office will meet them or their family, depending on their circumstances and age, to discuss insurance coverage, co-pays, and other account information. For questions regarding financial counseling contact Dennice Pro, 626-859-5257.
We are unable to provide financial assistance to all patients but under extreme circumstances such as exhausting all benefits available to you, we may be able to help. Under these circumstances a financial counselor will speak with you to discuss avenues of support.
